Short answers for scanning, filing records, and Digli Pro. If something still sticks, send it from Feedback in the Digli iPhone app. That’s the fastest way to reach us.
In the Digli iPhone app, open Account → Feedback and tell us what happened: camera error, a missed scan, a billing question. We read those notes.
Digli Pro is $3.99 a month through Apple. Manage, cancel, or restore from your Apple ID. We can’t refund from this site.
Tap the gold camera button. Point at an album cover or a barcode and hold steady. Digli identifies the release and drops it in your Dig Pile. You can also add a record by hand with Look Up Record.
New collectors get 10 scans with no card. After that, scanning pauses until you subscribe to Digli Pro. Your Shelf, Dig Pile, and Want List stay on the phone either way.
Every scan lands in the Dig Pile first. That’s the inbox. Move keepers to Your Shelf (owned) or bookmark them on the Want List (still hunting).
Dig Profile (the collector portrait in Taste) is built from records you file on Your Shelf. Personality, hidden insight, DNA, and eras fill in as the shelf grows. The full portrait is part of Digli Pro.
Collection Match scores how a record fits what you already own, and lists why (shared DNA, eras, textures). Use it in the shop before you buy. Worth the Hunt does the same for records you don’t own yet.
iPhone Settings → Digli → Camera should be on. If you still see “Camera view is not available,” force-quit the app and try again. If the cover isn’t recognized, try a flatter photo or the barcode.
In Digli, open Discogs and import with your username or by connecting the account. Free includes one import. Digli Pro unlocks ongoing sync so the shelf stays current.
Apple handles the subscription. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Digli → Cancel. You’ll keep Pro until the end of the paid month.
In Digli, open the subscription screen and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with. Still stuck? Send a note from Account → Feedback.
In Digli, open Account → Delete account. This removes your Digli data. Apple subscriptions are cancelled separately in Apple ID settings.
